Funeral Benefit

Every employee is covered by our funeral benefit which will pay R15,000 towards their funeral.

Savings Pocket

Complete the application form that is available on the intranet Benefits page to select an amount to be deducted off of your payslip each month to save. The deduction amount can be changed, paused, or removed once per calendar year. Full payout of savings will be done in December each year with main salary. Early withdrawal can be done once per calendar year. Payout will not be taxed. No interest earned. If you leave the company it will be paid out on your next available payslip.

Annual Leave & Longevity Leave

Employees start with 18 days of annual leave, and with longevity, your leave increases in increments over time. It's a great way to reward long-term dedication and hard work!

Self-Care Day

Self-Care days are two extra free days per financial year that can be used for ANYTHING you want - sleeping all day, going to the movies, a spa day or just maintaining your mental health. Schedule the date in consultation with your TL/AL and then log your Self-Care days in Sage as Self Care Leave - no questions asked and no note needs to be submitted.
