Are you looking to fill your cup by giving back? Did you know that every FCTG employee gets one extra day of leave, called a CSI Day, each year specifically for volunteering? You can choose who you want to support. Find out about the available CSI days below.

Employees start with 18 days of annual leave, and with longevity, your leave increases in increments over time. It's a great way to reward long-term dedication and hard work!
