Onboarding Experience and Longevity Recognition

Discova employees are entitled to compassionate leave in the event when an immediate family member or household member suffers a life-threatening illness or injury or dies.

Long Service Leave

Long service leave rewards employees for their dedication and loyalty over extended periods of employment. Long Service Leave are for employees who reach their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th year anniversaries.

Parental Leave

Discova employees are entitled to parental leave as stated in the local labour law. Parental leave allows employees to take essential time off to care for and bond with their new child, whether through birth, adoption, or surrogacy.

Sick Leave

Discova employees are entitled to sick leave as stated in the local labour law. It promotes a healthier workplace by preventing the spread of illness and ensuring employees can prioritize their well-being.

Volunteer Leave

Discova is committed changing lives through travel. That is why we provide 1 paid volunteer leave per year. Full time and part-time employees who have completed probation period are encouraged to engage in an eligible volunteer service with registered charities
