Fitness Subsidy

To encourage employees to keep themselves physically fit, a maximum of P1,300.00 of the monthly gym fee shall be paid by FCTG South East Asia (Philippines), Inc.

Free Medicine

In order to provide additional assistance and in cases of emergency, free medicine including vitamins are available at the reception for all employees.

Health Insurance

FCTG South East Asia (Philippines), Inc. provides employees Health insurance as a form of benefit. This may also be extended to qualified dependents.

Medical, Optical and Dental Expense Reimbursement

MOD is an annual reimbursement of expenses related to Medical, Optical and Dental expenses of all regular employees. This can include vitamins and over the counter medicines.

13th Month

FCTG South East Asia (Philippines), Inc. employees shall be paid 13th month pay or an accrual of 1/12 of monthly basic salary including regularly paid allowances. This shall not include other monetary benefits like sales bonuses, overtimes, holiday pays, night differentials and other premium benefits not integrated in the basic salary. This benefit is available to all employees hired before December 1st of any year. 13th month pay shall be paid not later than December 24 of every year. An employee who has resigned or being terminated before December of each year is entitled to a prorated 13th month pay.

Employee Annual Appraisal

The goal of the employee annual appraisal is to provide management and staff with feedback on their performance and accomplishments for the year. As a result of this process, the employee should have a clear understanding of their job responsibilities and the supervisor's performance expectations. Also, through this review process, specific action plans are to be developed to help direct expected performance for the coming year and allow the employee to achieve established performance goals. The employee appraisal score will determine the annual salary increase of the employee.

Employee Referral Bonus

The Referral Bonus Program is used to provide an incentive to employees who bring new talent into the company by referring persons who are subsequently selected and successfully employed for the open positions.

Employee Sales Bonus

FCTG South East Asia (Philippines), Inc. may introduce products to sell to its passengers. Eligible employees shall be given a portion of the revenue involving sales of identified products. These are given in the form of cash or gift certificates.

Key Performance Incentives

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are metrics to measure employee performance that is vital in our business operation. The management aims to reward employees for outstanding individual performance as well as their contributions that help the company achieve goals.

Night Differential

Every non-supervisory employee is entitled to night differential pay of not less than 10% of their regular wage for each hour of work performed between 10:00 o’ clock in the evening and 6:00 o’clock in the morning.

Regular Holiday

Work performed 8 hours on a regular holiday merits at least twice (200%) the basic wage of the employee. Formula: 200% x Basic Pay.

Retirement Gratuity

All employees are entitled to retirement benefits as provided for in the New Retirement Law under Art 287 the Labor Code of the Philippines. An employee upon reaching the age of sixty (60) years or more, but not beyond sixty-five (65) years which is hereby declared the compulsory retirement age, who has served the company for at least five (5) years, may retire and shall be entitled to retirement pay equivalent to at least one-half (1/2) month salary for every year of service, a fraction of at least six (6) months being considered as one whole year. The retirement benefit shall also include the employee’s 13th month pay and the conversion of all unused leaves.

Special Holiday

Under EO 203, the no work no pay policy shall be applied. For work rendered on special holidays, an additional 30% shall be added to the basic. Formula: 130% * Basic Pay.

Bereavement Leave

The Bereavement Leave Policy establishes uniform guidelines for providing paid time off to employees for absences related to the death of immediate family members.

Maternity Leave

A female employee who has been employed and has rendered an aggregate service of at least six (6) months for the last twelve (12) months, shall be granted a 105-day maternity leave.

Paternity Leave

All married, male FCTG South East Asia (Philippines), Inc. employees will be covered by RA 8187 of the Paternity Leave Act. This grants a 7-day leave with pay for the first four deliveries of their legal wife. This leave is granted for the purpose of enabling him to effectively lend support to his wife in her period of recovery.

Sick Leave

FCTG Southeast Asia (Philippines), Inc. provides paid sick leave benefits of 12 days to all eligible employees for periods of temporary absence due to illnesses or injuries.

Solo Parent Leave

As promulgated by RA 8972 known as the Solo Parent Act of 2000, employees who are left alone in raising their children shall be given additional 7 days parental leave by the employer. This leave is paid by the employer and granted to eligible employees who have been certified by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) as single parents.

Special Leave for Women

Pursuant to Republic Act 9710 (Section 18). known as the Magna Carta for Women, a special leave up to a maximum of two (2) months with full pay will be given to women employees who need to undergo surgery due to gynecological disorders. This 2-month leave is on top of the leaves granted by Flight Centre Travel Group to its employees. Female employees must have rendered six (6) months continuous aggregate service from the company for the last 12 months.

Vacation Leave

FCTG South East Asia (Philippines), Inc. recognizes the importance of employees having the opportunity for leisure time and to attend to non-work matters. FCTG PH will attempt to grant all exempt employees vacation leave at the time they desire to take it. However, the company must always maintain adequate staffing.
