Long service leave rewards employees for their dedication and loyalty over extended periods of employment. Long Service Leave are for employees who reach their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th year anniversaries.

Discova is committed changing lives through travel. That is why we provide 1 paid volunteer leave per year. Full time and part-time employees who have completed probation period are encouraged to engage in an eligible volunteer service with registered charities.

Discova employees are entitled to one day of birthday leave if the birthday falls on regular working day. We encourage people enjoy their birthday.
