Flexible Work Options

Sabbatical leave is an optional, unpaid opportunity available to all employees after five (5) years of continuous service with the Company. To take this leave, employees must first complete the approval process outlined in this policy.

The Company supports and provides employees with various opportunities to contribute to our local communities. To support and encourage our people to be involved in community projects and charities, the Company provides employees with an opportunity to contribute their time, skills and/or expertise, directly to eligible not-for-profit or charity organizations.

Each month our teams are treated to a fun night of food, drinks and entertainment where successes are rewarded and collaborative work inspired. We call these our monthly Buzz Nights.

All full-time and part-time employees will receive up to 3 paid bereavement days per year when needed due to the death of an immediate family member defined as a parent, grandparent, sibling, spouse, registered domestic partner, child or parent in-laws or parents of a registered domestic partner.
