Flexible work options include job shares/pro-rata days/hybrid schedules and flexible working hours.

All full-time and part-time employees will receive up to 3 paid bereavement days per year when needed due to the death of an immediate family member defined as a parent, grandparent, sibling, spouse, registered domestic partner, child or parent in-laws or parents of a registered domestic partner.

Sabbatical leave to provide an opportunity to pursue outside interests, such as further work-related study or travel
