Flight Centre's Global Employee Share Plan (GESP) is available to all full and part-time permanent employees that commenced their employment with Flight Centre at least three months prior to the first Acquisition Date of Acquired Shares under the Plan. For every 2 shares that you acquire, you will get 1 free share, provided you continue to hold the acquired shares and remain an employee for the 2 year Vesting Period (conditions apply - refer to the offer summary).
