We are always happy for you to recommend candidates when we are recruiting to new roles. To refer a friend please advise the People & Culture Team of the candidate’s name, how you know them and why you think they would be suitable for the role. You should then advise your friend to apply as normal through the Scott Dunn Jobs website and to mention your name when asked “how did you hearabout this role?” We cannot guarantee an interview for a role, we will also not expect you to be involved or updated during the recruitment process as we can only discuss applications directly with candidates. For each successful hire through the Employee referral scheme you will have £500 (SGD equivalent) added to your Travel Fund once they have completed their probation period. Only permanent roles are eligible for the referral scheme.
