At our national gathering and longevity dinners, we proudly recognize and celebrate the dedication and service milestones of our employees, honoring their commitment to the company.

Flight Centre recognises that leave may be required to assist in your professional development. Each support employee is entitled to apply for up to five days paid study leave if you have completed at least 12 months of continuous service for Flight Centre.

Flight Centre offers all employees the opportunity to take long service leave once they have completed 5 years continuous service with Flight Centre. You will be entitled to 5 weeks unpaid long service leave (one week per year of service) every 5 years continuous service.
