Retirement Allowance

If a candidate referred by an employee is successfully hired, the employee will be given a referral reward.

Employees are enrolled in social insurance schemes as per the legislation. The social insurance provides coverage for employment, disasters, health and nursing care, and pension.

If a candidate referred by an employee is successfully hired and passes probation, the employee will be given a referral bonus.

Employees enrolled in the DC Pension scheme will be entitled to a pension in accordance with the NTT Group Defined Contribution Pension Policy.
