If a candidate referred by an employee is successfully hired, the employee will be given a referral reward.

Employees are enrolled in social insurance schemes as per the legislation. The social insurance provides coverage for employment, disasters, health and nursing care, and pension.

Employees accumulate their retirement allowance based on their tenure with the company. In the event they retire, the retirement allowance is paid out to them.

If a candidate referred by an employee is successfully hired and passes probation, the employee will be given a referral bonus.
