Discova employees are entitled to parental leave as stated in the local labour law. Parental leave allows employees to take essential time off to care for and bond with their new child, whether through birth, adoption, or surrogacy.

We are committed changing lives through travel. That is why we provide 1 paid volunteer leave per year. Full time and part-time employees who have completed probation period are encouraged to engage in an eligible volunteer service with registered charities.

Female employees are entitled to paid prenatal and postnatal leave during their maternity.
