The Employee Share plan is open to all FCTG employees with a minimum of 3 months employment at the time each window opens (May and November). FCTG will give you 1 FREE share for every 2 you purchase. Terms and conditions apply. The contribution amounts range from a minimum of INR 28,500 per annum to a maximum of INR 17,10,000. The program is administered by Equate Plus and you can reach out to any People & Culture team member for additional information related to the program.

If a candidate referred by an employee is successfully hired and the employee will be given a referral bonus post completing the 90 days of joining.
