Quarterly Buzz Nights & awards give us a chance to highlight the contributions of employees infront of their team mates. Quarterly awards also allow employees to adjust what they are doing in pursuit of specific goals. Recognizing employees is a powerful tool for creating a positive workplace culture.

We provide 12 Festival leaves per year as per the state labour laws allowing employees to take out time with their families.
