Volunteer Leave

Long service leave rewards employees for their dedication and loyalty over extended periods of employment. Long Service Leave and travel vouchers are provided to employees who reach their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th year anniversaries.

'Reward and Recognition is in our DNA. At FCTG we have a number of rituals in place that celebrate your great work. Regular Buzz Nights, End of Financial Years events and of course, our legendary Global Gathering. Make sure you are on Workplace and keep an eye out for the regular invites for these invites. We follow local government regulation to provide child care leave for eligible local employees.

Employees are entitled to compassionate leave in the event when an immediate family member or household member suffers a life-threatening illness or injury or dies.
