Pro-active leave at FCTG encourages employees to prioritize their health by scheduling preventative care appointments, like dentist visits, in advance. Flexible work options include job shares/pro-rata days/hybrid schedules and flexible working hours.

Each month our travel consultants are treated to a fun night of food, drinks and entertainment where successes are rewarded and collaborative work inspired. We call these our monthly Buzz Nights.

Pregnancy and parental leave periods and employee eligibility are as set out by legislation for the province in which you work. Parental leave may be shared with your partner, and pregnancy leave can commence earlier than the expected date of birth of your child.
