Experience Counts Leave

Sometimes team members may require leave or seek leave which is not covered by our other leave policies. FCTG provides leave to assist in your professional development, and other leave is provided to allow you to fulfil public duties, such as Jury Duty, Community Service Leave or Defence Services Leave. Make a difference in your community with Volunteer Leave! All FCTG employees get one paid day per year to support a local charity or group. Spend a full day with one cause or divide your time into hourly blocks to help multiple organisations—how you give back is up to you!
